Katie Bynum

Katie Bynum is a Registered Nurse and runs the chemo infusion room. She received her undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science with an option in Child and Family Services. She then moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where she earned her nursing degree from Vanderbilt University. Katie has many years of experience working as a chemo infusion nurse before joining her current practice.

Amber Mitchell, LPN

Amber Mitchell is our clinic nurse. Her duties include

• answering and returning phone calls,
• collecting vital signs, and
• assisting Dr. Kaleem with patient visits.

She also works with other physician offices and hospitals, submitting referrals and gathering pertinent patient records.
She graduated from the Platt College LPN program in 2011. She has over 4 years of Medical Oncology/Hematology experience outside Dr. Kaleem’s practice.
